Procedure to apply for Google group membership
Open a gmail account (if you do not have one). Key in the url address
For 12 th standard students http://groups.google.com/group/smart_ss12
For 11 th standard students http://groups.google.com/group/smart_ss11
For 10 th standard students http://groups.google.com/group/smart_js10
For 9 th standard students http://groups.google.com/group/smart_js9
For 8 th standard students http://groups.google.com/group/smart_sjs8
For 7 th standard students http://groups.google.com/group/smart_ps7
For 6 th standard students htttp://groups.google.co.in/group/smart_ps6
Click ‘ Sign in and apply for membership '
Enter your google email id and password.
Fill in the column ‘ nickname ' if you have any
Very important : Fill in the ‘ You can send additional information to the manager by filling in the text below ' column with your Name, class, school and the branch of SMART in which you are studying (eg. West Mambalam if you are studying in West Mambalam branch).
Click ‘ Apply to this group ' .
Your membership will be approved only if you have entered the details in ‘additional information to the manager' column. The details will be verified and only then membership will be approved.
